I'm really sorry for the trouble we faced during our stay. The check-in process was incredibly frustrating as the computers were down, leaving the front desk staff unable to assign us a room or provide us with a key card. It took over half an hour to figure everything out, and I had to leave the door ajar while I unloaded my car. It dampened the mood for what was supposed to be a relaxing visit.

The breakfast spread was impressive with fresh waffles, fruits, and various hot options that kept me fueled for a day of exploring.

The room was super comfy with a cozy bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. I loved unwinding in the indoor pool and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. One downside was some minor cleanliness issues that didn't really dampen my overall experience. 😊

I felt so at home with their super cozy beds! The free breakfast made my mornings good, with everything from eggs to yummy waffles. Plus, free cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby? It doesn’t get any sweeter than that!

the hot tub was out of order. but the staff was really friendly and helped us with our questions. the room was spacious with a good amount of power outlets. breakfast had some decent options like oatmeal and yogurts.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel with a clean queen room that was perfect for our family. A short drive away, we hit the slopes for some amazing skiing. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with delicious options like make-your-own waffles and fresh fruit.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be expanded for kids. It would be great to have more variety to please the little ones.
